Aside from the words "Crash" "Slow-down" "Bubble" and "Burst," - you probably hear the word "Foreclosure" the most.
Well they are everywhere. Some estimates, (and I have no figures to back this up at all, just hearsay around the water cooler) even say 1 in 10 houses on the market is undergoing the foreclosure process.
