It's time for lofts. I've got two new clients, single guys, who are going with lofts. They've decided that timer lofts in the West Loop or Printers Row are the best fit for them.
The locations can't be beat - both work in the Loop and both need to get to the 'burbs as well.
It's the Timber Lofts that get me - don't get me wrong, concrete lofts are huge and open, but the Timber Lofts are unique - the high ceilings, and the exposed brick are just really co0l to me.
