Chicago is old. Really old - Incorporated in 1837 - or so the city seal says on the bus stops.
That being said it has several historically significant buildings. Much of East Lakeview has been landmarked and the facades cannot be altered. If you're a fan of vintage condos, tall ceilings, landmarked buildings, working fireplaces, and woodwork, then check back as I'll have pictures of a new listing that I'm marketing in the Brewester. 2 bedroom 1 bath.
